If your oil light comes on at idle, particularly when the vehicle is warm, it's probably time for a rebuild. The first thing you will want to do is to check to make sure that you are using the proper viscosity oil. If you are, and your oil light comes on at idle when running the car fast and it's hot, this is is often the sign of worn bearings in a motor, and getting close to the time for a rebuild.  |
